Nicole Oden

Your Chef, Nicole Oden is from Clyo Georgia, a very small suburban town outside of Savannah. Southern cuisine has definitely impacted me and can be seen throughout my style of cooking. I attended the French Culinary Institute of NYC where I studied under acclaimed chefs such as Jacques Pepin and Andre Sultner. I graduated in 2007 and then took a job in a fine dining Italian restaurant in Buffalo, NY for 4 years. I then ventured to the Outer Banks where I opened Gringos Tacos for 4 seasons before taking a break to start a family. Now I enjoy cooking delicious meals for OBX visiting families.
