Basic Service Package. Please note, this package is recommended for those owners who provide their own maintenance. Shore Details will be happy to take care of your service; all repairs will be billed separately.

Silver Service Package

• Weekly call to guests
• Bi-weeklymaintenance inspection
• Bi-Weekly report to owners (electronic)
• Fan and filter program
• Light bulbs, bi-weekly check and changes (interior and exterior)
• Minor repairs included (all repairs under 30 minutes to complete)

Gold Service Package

• Weekly call to guests
• Bi-Weekly maintenance inspection
• Bi-Weekly report to owners (electronic)
• Fan and filter program
• Light bulbs, bi- weekly check and changes (interior and exterior)
• Minor repairs included (all repairs under 30 minutes to complete)
• Annual home assessment and written report
• Storm prep and assessment
